Please fill out this form completely before submitting. We normally do the Advanced Observing Program the two weeks over the new Moon. This is only a request form and does NOT guarantee your desired date. Reservations for the AOP are recommended at least 2-months in advance of the desired date. We will do our best to book your desired date in the order of date preference. Your reservation will not be complete until you receive the Reservation Confirmation E-Mail.
